1. Our content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website and in our educational materials, including text, course and workshop materials, handouts, images, graphics, the SwallowSafe app, and the arrangement of that content, is the copyright of Eat, Drink, Swallow Safe Pty Ltd or Queensland Feeding & Early Intervention Specialists Pty Ltd or is used under licence. © 2026 Eat, Drink, Swallow Safe Pty Ltd. 2. What you may and may not do

You may view and, where a download is expressly provided, download content for your own personal or internal professional use. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you must not:

•   reproduce, republish, distribute or share paid course, workshop or membership content with others;

•   resell, sub-licence or commercially exploit any of our content;

•   remove or alter any copyright, attribution or trade mark notices;

•   use our content to create competing educational or commercial materials.

Purchasing a course, workshop or subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that content for your own use. It does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.

3. Trade marks and brand

“Eat Drink Swallow Safe”, “SwallowSafe” and our logos are trade marks or brands of Eat, Drink, Swallow Safe Pty Ltd. They may not be used without our written permission.

4. Third-party materials and assessment tools

Our materials may refer to, or reproduce with permission, tools, frameworks and assessments owned by third parties. These remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used with attribution or under licence. Our use does not grant you any right to reproduce those third-party materials.

This includes, without limitation:

•   The IDDSI Framework © The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative. Used in accordance with IDDSI’s licensing and attribution terms. The IDDSI Framework and descriptors are licensed under the terms published at iddsi.org;

•   Clinical assessment tools reproduced with attribution (for example, where permitted, the Penetration–Aspiration Scale, the Functional Oral Intake Scale, and the Yale Pharyngeal Residue Severity Rating Scale) reproduced with appropriate attribution to their authors;

•   Licensed or restricted tools (for example EAT-10, MBSImP and SWAL-QOL) referred to by name only, or reproduced solely where we hold the necessary licence. These tools are the property of their owners and are subject to the owners’ own terms.
